Business Hours Notification
City Hall Closure: Hayward City Hall Offices will be closed from Monday, November 25, 2024, through Friday, November 29, 2024, and Monday, December 23, 2024, through Friday, January 3, 2025. Any new applications and resubmittals received during the closure will be processed when offices reopen to regular operating hours on Monday, December 2, 2024, and Monday, January 6, 2024.
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE: As we continue to improve our services, we want to inform you about upcoming changes to our Master Fee Schedule. Starting January 1, 2025, new fees will take effect, and a 4% convenience fee will be applied to credit card transactions exceeding $250.
