MASTER FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE: As we continue to improve our services, we want to inform you about upcoming changes to our Master Fee Schedule. Beginning July 1, all permits issued by the City of Hayward will be subject to the updated fees adopted in the Master Fee Schedule. These new rates will apply to any permit issued on or after this date, regardless of when the application was submitted. Applicants are encouraged to review the updated schedule and plan accordingly.
