As an Adopt-a-Block volunteer you are able to "adopt" an area that you are committed to keeping litter free for a period of two years. By keeping Hayward litter free you are improving the appearance, property values, and attractiveness of our city. You will also be helping to reduce environmental pollution and prevent crime associated with an un-kept community.
Everything you need to maintain your adopted block!
