Library Fee Ordinance. The City shall prepare a Development Impact Fee Feasibility Study and Nexus Report to assess the potential for establishing development impact fees for library services.  Based on the findings of the Feasibility Study and Nexus Report and direction from the City Council, the City may prepare and adopt an impact fee ordinance for library services.
