Your message will be sent to all City Council members, the Mayor, the City Manager, and members of the City Manager’s staff. If you select just one elected official to receive your message, that person as well as the City Manager’s office staff will receive your message. If you wish to leave a confidential comment, we recommend you call the Secretary to the Mayor and City Council at 510.583.4340. This policy complies with city policies and state laws. If you wish to comment on a City Council agenda Item, please be sure to submit your request by 3:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled meeting for which the item is agendized.
