    The Plaza has both a paved plaza and amphitheater lawn, but only the plaza bordering B and Watkins Street is available. Any equipment needed for a Plaza event will be the responsibility of the user. Any equipment including chairs, tables, staging and audio-visual equipment will not be allowed on the amphitheater lawn.   • Fremont Bank Foundation Room (Meeting Rooms A and B)

    The Fremont Bank Foundation Meeting room is on the second (2nd) floor of the new 21st Century Library.  The room includes equipment for presentations and has a wall of windows providing views of Mission Blvd and the Park.  The full Foundation room seats up to one-hundred-eighty-eight (188) people and the room can be divided in half into rooms A and B – seating ninety-four (94) people each if…

  • Corner Classroom (Meeting Room C)

    The corner classroom is on the second (2nd) floor of the new 21st Century Library in the north corner.  This classroom seats up to thirty-two (32) people and can be setup in a meeting or lecture style format.  The corner classroom includes equipment for presentations.

    Immediately adjacent to Meeting room A is a staging area for storage and service of food and beverages.  This room offers a residential refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stovetop that can be used to warm and serve food for meeting attendees. This room can be booked in addition to meeting rooms A, B, and/or C.

  • John and Alice Pappas Legacy Room at the Weekes Branch Library

    The John and Alice Pappas Legacy Room is on the East side of the Weekes Branch Library, looking out onto the park.  The room seats up to one-hundred-seven (107) and can be divided by the partition at the request of the applicant.  When divided, the northern portion of the room seats up to thirty-five (35) and the southern portion seats up to seventy-two (72).  All meetings held in the Legacy room…
