Three juvenile subjects fled on foot; two were quickly detained. A short time later, a resident reported a male hiding in their backyard. The subject surrendered to officers and was arrested. The subjects attempted to exit the business with several unpaid items of merchandise and were both confronted by a store employee. One subject assaulted the store employee and took off with the unpaid merchandise, prior to police contact. (Report #2025-030190), ROBBERY:, On 5/27/2025 at 10:00 PM the victim had previously been corresponding with two subjects regarding the purchase of an item. The victim and subjects met near the 20000 Block of Hesperian Blvd to coordinate the sale. The suspect assaulted the store employee and forcibly removed the item from the employee and fled from the business, without paying for the item.
