Significant Incidents

Commercial Burglary: On 05/30/2021, at 12:30 PM, officers responded to the 31000 block of Hayman Ave regarding a burglary in progress. The suspect was located at the scene and was taken into custody. (Report #2021-29644)

Outside Assist – Assault with a Deadly Weapon: On 06/03/2021, at 11:06 AM, officers assisted an outside agency regarding an assault with a deadly weapon. Officers responded to the 800 block of Pine Ct., located the suspect, and took them into custody. (Report #2021-30479)

Homicide: On 06/05/2021, at 3:00 PM, officers responded to Eden Hospital regarding a gun-shot victim. The victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital. It was determined the incident took place in the 32000 block of Trevor Ave. The investigation is ongoing. (Report #2021-30822)

Shooting: On 06/05/2021, at 5:18 PM, officers responded to the 2000 block of Depot Rd regarding the report of gunfire in the area. Officers located evidence of a shooting at the scene. No victims were located. (Report #2021-30923) 

Robbery:  On 06/05/2021 at 5:49 PM, the victim was walking near the 30000 block of Prestwick Ave. The victim was approached by two suspects, one of which branded a firearm and demanded property from the victim. The suspects took the victim’s property and fled the scene. The victim was not injured. (Report #2021-30925)
