CAP Action SW-1.10. Establish an edible food recovery program to minimize food waste. Leverage CalRecycle supports projects that prevent food waste or rescue edible food. CAP Action SW-1.8. Provide free compost bins and kitchen-top food waste containers to low-income communities of colors and elderly households in order to increase compost participation.
