Significant Incidents

Robbery: On 3/15/2021, at 4:58 PM, the suspect walked behind the counter of a business in the 25000 block of Soto Rd. armed with a weapon. He demanded cash from the clerk and fled prior to police arrival. (Report #2021-013691)

Sexual Assault: On 3/15/2021, at 6:30 PM, officers investigated a sexual assault that occurred in the south end of the city. The case was forwarded to the Special Victims Unit.

Shooting: On 3/18/2021, at 2:43 PM, a shooting occurred in the 30000 block of Vanderbilt St. There was report of property damage but no injuries. (Report #2021-014209) 

Assault with a Deadly Weapon:  On 3/19/2021, at 6:02 PM, an argument occurred in the 400 block of Ranker Pl. The suspects used a weapon to strike the victim. There were no life-threatening injuries, but the victim was treated at a local hospital. (Report #2021-014449)

Stolen Vehicle Recovery: On 3/20/2021, at 9:21 PM, a stolen vehicle is reported to be seen in the 27000 block of Patrick Ave. Officers respond and take the suspect into custody. (Report #2021-014548)
