CASE SYNOPSIS

Robbery: On 05/22/2023, at 9:35 AM, the victims were standing outside near the 27000 block of Patrick Ave when they were approached by the suspects. One of the suspects brandished a weapon while the other used force and took property from the victims. The suspects fled the scene on foot. (Report #2023-28474)

Robbery: On 05/22/2023, at 4:57 PM, the suspects entered the victim business near the 100 block of Southland Mall Dr. The suspects used force and took property from one of the store employees. The suspects fled the scene on foot. (Report #2023-28575)

Recovered Firearm: On 05/24/2023, at 4:02 AM, officers responded to the report of a disturbance near the 100 block of Goodrich St. Officers arrived and spoke to one of the subjects involved in the argument, who was inside a vehicle, and saw a loaded handgun in plain view. The driver was taken into custody for various handgun charges. (Report #2023-28880)

Shooting: On 05/26/2023, at 11:42 AM, officers responded to the report of a shooting near the intersection of Winton Ave and Magna Ave. Evidence of a shooting was located, but no victims or suspects were located at the scene. (Report #2023-29421)
