Let’s House Hayward community planning summit to reduce homelessness

January 13, 2021

HAYWARD, Calif., Jan. 13, 2021— The City of Hayward will hold a two-day community planning summit next week as part of an ongoing effort to develop a new “Let’s House Hayward” strategic plan to reduce homelessness.

The summit will entail a series of interactive forums, including a kick-off event and three working-group sessions, and take place next Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 19 and 20. Members of the public are invited to join the entire program or these individual events and sessions as time allows:

The goal is to offer opportunities to learn and contribute through presentations, small group breakouts, question-and-answer sessions and activities—and by the end identify community goals and priorities that will lead to an actionable strategic plan to reduce homelessness in Hayward.

Please RSVP here to reserve your spot and receive updates and materials in advance of the sessions.  All sessions will be conducted remotely via the Zoom platform, accessible via this link.  For more information, please contact Homebase at Hayward@homebaseccc.org.
