Significant Incidents

ROBBERY: On 02/10/2025 at 2:27 PM the male victim was set to meet with a male subject he met on a dating application. He was near the 20000 Block of Hesperian Blvd when he was approached by a male subject armed with a weapon. The subject took several of the victim's belongings and fled in a vehicle prior to officer arrival. (Report #2025-008383)

VANDALISM: On 02/11/2025 at 6:32 AM, a business near the 2000 block of W Winton Ave called to report their window being vandalized by an unhoused individual near the area. Officers arrived and located the subject near the business and detained her. The victims were able to identify the subject, and officers arrested the subject. (Report #2025-008483)

VEHICLE RECOVERY: On 02/12/2025 at 3:52 PM, HPD Officers were patrolling near the 27000 block of Leidig Ct when they were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area. The officers located the vehicle and, with the assistance of Alameda County air support, tracked it until it came to a stop. The occupants fled on foot but were later located and arrested by HPD Officers. (Report #2025-008093)
