Significant Incidents

Trespass: On 02/08/2022, at 8:03 PM, officers responded to the report of a subject with a knife, trespassing inside a vacant residence near the 22000 block of Flagg St. A perimeter was set, and announcements were made for the subject to come outside. After several minutes of negotiating, the subject walked out and was taken into custody. (Report #2022-007645)

Attempted Robbery: On 02/10/2022, at 5:57 PM, officers responded to the report of several subjects walking into a business near the 800 block of Southland Dr with firearms. Officers arrived on scene, took the subjects into custody, and recovered several firearms with each of the suspects. (Report #2022-08085)

Assault With a Deadly Weapon: On 02/11/2022, at 9:39 PM, the victim was standing outside near the 27000 block of Leidig Ct when he was approached by the two suspects. The suspects assaulted the victim with an object and fled the scene on foot. (Report #2022-008337)

Attempted Carjacking: On 02/12/2022, at 7:45 PM, the victim was sitting in her vehicle near the 24000 block of Hesperian Blvd when she was approached by the suspects. One of the suspects brandished a firearm and attempted to take the victim’s vehicle. The victim ran from the scene with the vehicle’s keys, so the suspects fled on foot. (Report #2022-008492)
