Significant Incidents

Carjacking: On 1/24/2021, at 12:42 PM, a man armed with a weapon entered a business in the 3000 block of Depot Rd. He demanded keys and other personal property then went outside and fled in the victim’s vehicle.  (Report #2021-004123)

Robbery: On 1/26/2021, at 11:34 PM, a man walked into a local hospital with a significant injury. He stated he was in the 100 block of B St. when he was attacked and robbed of personal items by a suspect. (Report #2021-004688)

Burglary: On 1/26/2021, at 11:40 PM, officers responded to an alarm call inside a business near Mission Blvd. and A St. Once on scene, the suspect walked out eating an orange and wearing the company’s t-shirt. (Report #2021-004587) 

Shooting:  On 1/27/2021, at 8:59 PM, a shooting occurred in the area of Garin Ave. and Vanderbilt St. There were no reported injuries or property damage. (Report #2021-004739)

False Imprisonment/Assault With A Deadly Weapon: On 1/30/2021, at 1:07 PM, three suspects entered a business in the 20000 block of Industrial Blvd. upset over a transaction. Several people were forced to stay and one victim was assaulted with a weapon. The victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries. (Report #2021-005145)

Hit-and-Run: On 1/30/2021, at 3:05 PM, an officer attempted a traffic stop near A St. and Alice St. The vehicle fled a high rate of speed and crashed into several vehicles. The driver left on foot but was located a short distance later and arrested. (Report #2021-05181
