Significant Incidents

ABC Decoy Operation: On 11/23/2020, our Vice/Intelligence Unit with the assistance of five minors attempted to purchase alcohol at various locations. A total of 39 location were tested, with two being cited for selling to a minor.

Shooting: On 11/23/2020, at 8:00 PM, a shooting occurred in the 900 block of Douglas St. Property damage was reported but there were no injuries. (Report #2020-070758)

Firearm Recovery: On 11/24/2020, at 6:30 PM, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Silva Ave. and Ramos Ave. The driver ran away and after a short pursuit was caught. Officers located a handgun in the car.  (Report #2020-070831)

Robbery: On 11/25/2020, at 11:37 AM, a robbery occurred in the 23000 block of Reed Way. The suspects brandished a weapon and stole items from the victim. (Report #2020-070947) 

Recovered Stolen Vehicle: On 11/27/2020, at 1:33 PM, in the 26000 block of Gading Rd. an officer took a report of a stolen vehicle. While searching the area, the car was found and occupied. The suspect was arrested and vehicle returned to owner. (Report #2020-071283) 

Robbery: On 11/28/2020, at 4:59 PM, a robbery occurred in the 24000 block of Southland Dr. Two suspects took items from the victim and fled prior to police arrival. (Report #2020-071530)
