Significant Incidents
CARJACKING: On 8/18/2026 at 5:09 AM the victim was leaving his residence in his vehicle near the 22000 block of Filbert St when he was approached by a masked subject armed with a firearm. The subject forced the victim out of the vehicle, took his personal property, and struck him with the firearm before fleeing in the victim’s vehicle. The victim was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries. The subject fled and the vehicle was later located unoccupied and recovered (Report #2026-045564)
ROBBERY: On 8/22/2026 at 12:17 PM a subject entered a business near the 20000 block of Hesperian Blvd, selected merchandise, and left the store without paying. When staff attempted to intervene, the subject assaulted them. Officers searched the surrounding area and located the subject shortly after. The subject was positively identified and arrested.
