The Public Safety Committee is intended to enhance transparency and awareness around public safety matters within the Hayward community. The Committee undertakes the responsibility of reviewing and evaluating items related to public safety, in partnership with the Fire and Police Departments, that prioritize the safety, security and well-being of Hayward residents.

Send an email to cpsc@hayward-ca.gov by 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

Please identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of your email. Emails will be compiled into one file, distributed to the Public Safety Committee and staff, and published on the City's Meeting & Agenda Center under Documents Received After Published Agenda. Written comments received after 2:00 p.m. that address an item on the agenda will still be included as part of the record.
