HAYWARD, Calif., Oct. 2, 2018—The City of Hayward announced today it is seeking public input as part of an assessment of community needs in the areas of housing, transportation, health and employment.

Once completed, the Community Needs Assessment will be presented at a public meeting of the City Council and will be used to help inform future policy, program and funding decisions.

One way to provide input is to complete the Community Needs Assessment survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HaywardCommunSurvey.

Developed by the City’s project consulting partner Crescendo Consulting Group, the survey takes about six minutes to complete and will be open until Oct. 31.  In addition to completing the questionnaire yourself, the City encourages sharing the survey with other members of the Hayward community.
