San Francisco Call, Sept. 22, 1912

Full Text:

OAKLAND, Sept. 31—Portions of Russell City remaining in the possession of Fred J. Russell and Nellle M. Russell have been attached by Sheriff Barnet for a claim of $520,000 filed by F. C. Immel of the East Shore Suburban Realty company. The Russells and Immel have had their disputes over the settlement of the tract in the courts at San Francisco for several years, and Immel's action was taken in connection with his cross complaint against the Russells. The disputes between the two parties arose during the marketing of the tract, and Immel maintains that $520,000 is due him.
