City staff proactively removes graffiti from municipal property, pedestrian and vehicular overpasses, BART columns, sidewalks, traffic control boxes, fire hydrants, and the Amtrak Station. Please let us know of vandalism by completing a service request with our online tool, Access Hayward, and we will work to remove the graffiti.
