HR is responsible for assuring that a high-quality, technically competent pool of candidates is available to all hiring entities in the City in a timely and professional manner. This program includes administration of online recruitment tools related to applicant tracking, test selection procedures, background checks, oversight and negotiation of job offers, new hire orientation, and an outreach program designed to attract and retain a diverse group of highly talented employees.
