Large meeting rooms and small study rooms are available for reservation at the library.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms for larger groups are available at our Downtown and Weekes locations:

  • Free meeting room available at the Weekes Branch (see conditions on the Reserve a Room page)
  • Event spaces available at the Downtown Library (see rates on the Reserve a Room page)
  • Meeting room applications must be submitted online
  • Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance
  • Reservation slots begin 30 minutes after opening and end 30 minutes before closing (see library hours)

Study Rooms

Individuals or small groups may reserve a study room at the Downtown Library:

  • Study room use is free
  • Maximum of 2 hours per day
  • Same-day reservations only
  • Groups of 8 or more members should reserve a paid room using the link above
  • Study rooms may be reserved in person, by phone, or by chat
