Headquartered in  Hayward, Veev is transforming the construction industry with its forward-thinking approach to modular homebuilding. By leveraging prefabricated closed-panel systems, Veev enables homes to be assembled on-site efficiently –as little as 60 days – without compromising on quality and sustainability.

Traditional homebuilding often faces delays, inefficiencies, and excess waste. Veev tackles these issues from its 500,000-square-foot Hayward facility by integrating real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction into a seamless process. The result? A faster, cleaner, and more efficient process that can cut environmental impacts by up to 90%. 

Veev homes are built using galvanized light gauge steel framing, reducing waste and increasing durability compared to homes built with wood. They also feature high-performance surfaces for a sleek, hygienic, and long-lasting finish. Each home is fully electric and gas free, equipped with solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging capabilities. The closed-panel system ensures every wall arrives fully constructed and embedded with advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
