Significant Incidents

Possession of a Stolen Vehicle: On 10/13/2025 at 07:27AM, officers were notified of an ALPR (Automated License Plate Reader) alert for a stolen van from Suisun City driving in the area of Harder and Mission Blvd. HPD located the vehicle parked in the parking lot on the 300 block of Harder Rd, where the driver was stopped while sitting inside the driver’s seat. A second subject was also stopped while walking towards the vehicle. The driver was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, and the second subject was released at the scene. Case 2025-59154

Felon in Possession of a Firearm: On 10/15/2025 at 4:42PM, a HPD officer stopped a vehicle for several vehicle code violations. The driver was discovered to be on felony probation with a search clause and during the search, a firearm was located. The driver was arrested for a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, and a probation violation. Case 2025-59631

Strong Armed Robbery: On 10/16/2025 at 6:33PM, an officer who was patrolling the carnival at Southland Mall Drive was flagged down by a citizen for a fight that was occurring in the parking lot. The officer responded and detained the subject who was fighting with a store’s loss prevention officers.  The subject, who was in possession of stolen store items, was arrested for robbery and a probation violation. Arson and Arrest Warrant: On 10/17/2025 at 9:19PM, officers responded to an arson call near a store on the 800 block of Jackson Street. The reporting person called and said a subject lit a trash can on fire after asking the subject to leave. Officers located the subject and arrested him for arson and for an arrest warrant with the same type of crime. Case 2025-60121
