Congratulations, Officer Ryan Marion and Officer Cassondra Fovel, on your graduation from the Inner Perspective Leadership Program – East Bay!
This five-month program consists of concepts that encourage personal growth, self-reflection, ethical decision-making, and other leadership concepts designed to inspire participants to work toward becoming the best versions of themselves, both personally and professionally.
We know the importance of investing in the development of our future leaders and are proud of Ryan and Cassondra’s dedication and the hard work they contributed to this class and in their positions here at the Hayward Police Department.
