Significant Incidents

Assault with a Firearm: On 08/11/2025 at 8:27PM, HPD dispatch received a call of a shooting on the 27000 block of Pensacola Way. Officers arrived on scene and located multiple spend casings in the middle of the street, damage to two vehicles, and a residence. No injuries were reported. Report # 2025-46083

Assault with a deadly weapon and attempted robbery: On 08/13/2025 at 12:20AM, Victim stated he was walking on Huntwood Ave near Harris Rd when three males surrounded him and demanded money. The victim told them he did not have any, one subject struck him on the head with an unknown object, and the three subjects fled on foot toward the car wash on Leidig Ct. The victim was treated at St. Rose Hospital for his injury. Report # 2025-46344

Attempted Assault with a deadly weapon: On 08/16/2025 at 17:21PM, a person was walking a dog on the 25000 block of Cypress when an unhoused subject attempted to strike him with a metal object. The subject fled on foot; police were called and were able to locate and arrest the unhoused subject. Report # 2025-47081

Robbery: On 08/16/2025 at 6:11PM, the victims were eating at Restaurant #1 on Watkins St when one of their bikes was stolen. The victims locate the bike at Restaurant #2 on Fletcher Ave and confront subject #1. Two additional subjects (2 and 3) arrived in a vehicle and began fighting the victims, which caused injuries to all the victims. Subject #1, then took another bike from the victims who were beaten and left the scene. While HPD Officers were obtaining a statement, subject #3 returned to the scene and punched a victim. HPD Officers were able to subdue the subject; and locate and arrest the other subjects involved. The victims were transported to the hospital for their injuries. Report 2025-47084
