Hayward PD seeking assistance with locating missing at-risk adult

The Hayward Police Department is asking for the community's assistance with locating the following missing person:

Haben Woldemariam, 32-year-old black male, 5'11", 240 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black, white, and red sweater and black jeans.

Haben is considered at risk due to a mental health diagnosis. Haben was reported missing on August 24th and was last seen at his home in Hayward.

Haben's unoccupied vehicle was recovered the day he went missing on the San Mateo Bridge.  

At this point in the investigation there is no evidence of foul play.
