The Hayward Police Department provides tours of the Police facility, allowing residents and visitors to view the Communications Center, Jail-Sally Port, Investigations Bureau, Traffic Bureau-Motorcycle Unit, Records Bureau, Command Offices, and other selected areas.

Tours are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.. Tours are offered only to groups of 10 or more. School and youth groups are especially encouraged to tour the facility.
