Annual Business Permits, Taxiway Access Permits & Requirements
All businesses operating on the Airport, including tenants and subtenants, must apply for an Annual Airport Business Permit.
There are a number of commercial leasing opportunities in and around the Hayward Executive Airport. While there are many businesses related to aviation, there are also a number of non-aviation businesses that have commercial leases.
All non-direct tenants (sublessees) of the Airport must apply for an Annual Business Permit.
Businesses operating off airport property with access to the airfield (through-the-fence operation) must apply for an Annual Taxiway Access Permit.
