The City of Hayward will accept proposals for services related to Access Control System in accordance with the general provisions for purchase of work and services on file in the office of the Purchasing Department, 777 B Street, Hayward, CA 94541, where copies of said conditions and specifications may be inspected or obtained.
All proposals must be in electronic format and clearly identified with RFP title, number, company name and due date. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in this RFP or they will be rejected.
Sealed proposal(s) entitled “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE CITYWIDE ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM, AND RELATED EQUIPMENT FOR THE CITY OF HAYWARD” must be submitted and received at the following address by 3 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2020.
