Do you have a high quality digital photograph of Hayward that you would like to see posted on the City of Hayward website?

Types of Digital Photos:

focus on the sights and scenes of Hayward
not include any identifiable people
JPEG, BMP or TIFF only
less than 3 MB in file size
greater than 440 pixels in height and width.

Terms and Conditions

The purpose of the Community Photo Gallery is to advance the City's goal of promoting the positive aspects of life in Hayward.  The City has created the Community Photo Gallery to express its own impression regarding life in Hayward and did not intend to create nor has it created a public forum.  The City, at its sole discretion, will prepare identifying captions for all submissions.

The photo(s) that I am submitting is my original work and does not infringe on anyone else's ownership rights.  By submitting the photo(s), I am giving the City of Hayward permission to use the photo(s) for the Community Photo Gallery and for other city related purposes without compensation or further permission.

I understand and acknowledge that whether a photo appears on the Community Photo Gallery is at the sole and absolute discretion of the City of Hayward.  I also understand and acknowledge that my submitting a photo does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the photo as part of the Community Photo Gallery, and that the City of Hayward reserves the right to add and delete photos as it sees appropriate.

I understand that any photo(s) that I submit that is/are posted will show my first and last name.  However, if I state that I do not want my name to be shown, no name will appear.
