Meeting of the City Council are held the first, third, and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the hour of seven (7) o’clock p.m. Meetings may be cancelled on these days or added on the second and fifth Tuesdays by the Mayor or City Manager as determined by workload. Council is in recess for the month of August. Council Chambers are located on the second floor of City Hall, 777 B Street, Hayward.

Please note some reports may not be available for viewing. If a report is not available on this site it is available in the Office of the City Clerk located at City Hall.

Please consult the CALENDAR for the most current information about meeting cancellations or changes in meeting dates, times, or places.
